Marvel Snap Will Finally Let You Acquire Specific Cards You Want

Marvel Snap is an excellent card battler, but if there’s one complaint that’s come up time and time again from the community, it’s that you can’t just acquire a specific card missing from your collection Come from Sports betting site VPbet . This is especially problematic if you’re just one card short of a powerhouse deck, and Second Dinner has announced plans to address that in the next game patch.

Currently, you acquire cards by upgrading your Collection Rank. Once you get past Collection rank 500, though, acquiring cards becomes more inconsistent, since they come in Collector’s Caches that can also consist of other items like boosters or credits. Plus there’s so many cards in that pool that when cards do unlock, it probably won’t be the one you need. With the next update, Marvel Snap will add “Collector’s Tokens,” a new currency that you’ll acquire in Collector’s Caches instead of boosters.

Microsoft Is Ceasing All "New Sales" In Russia

Microsoft will suspend all “new sales” of its products and services in Russia, the company has confirmed. The move comes after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, which has caused countries like the United States and members of the European Union to impose heavy economic sanctions on Russia.

In a blog post, Microsoft president Brad Smith said that, like the rest of the world, Microsoft is horrified by news coming out of Ukraine and the “unjustified, unprovoked and unlawful invasion by Russia.” As such it is working closely with the governments of the United States, United Kingdom, and members of the European Union “in compliance with governmental sanctions decisions.”

“We believe we are most effective in aiding Ukraine when we take concrete steps in coordination with the decisions being made by these governments and we will take additional steps as this situation continues to evolve,” Smith writes.

While new sales have ceased, Microsoft doesn’t mention the status of its many ongoing services in the country. As a result, it’s possible that services such as Xbox Live, Windows Office, and Azure will continue to operate like normal in Russia for existing users for the time being. Come from Sports betting site VPbet

Smith goes on to write about how Microsoft is aiding Ukraine on the cybersecurity front, helping to defend the country’s government and infrastructure to survive Russian cyberattacks.

Microsoft is not the only technology company stopping sales in Russia. Apple announced it is ceasing sales of its physical products in Russia as well as imposing limitations on Apple Pay and removing some Russian news apps from the App Store outside Russia. The Poland-based parent company of Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red, CD Projekt, announced it would cease all game sales in Russia and Belarus. EA will be doing the same, ceasing all sales of its games, as well as virtual currencies and DLC, in Russia and Belarus. EA also removed Russian teams from FIFA 22 and NHL 22.

Numerous other video game-related companies have expressed their support for Ukraine and offered financial help to institutions like the Ukrainian Red Cross, UNICEF, and others. The Ukrainian government has called on major game companies, including Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Epic Games, and Activision Blizzard, to temporarily ban Russian and Belarusian accounts in their respective games and services as well as cancel all gaming-related events to be held in Russia.

HBO Content Could Be Coming To Netflix – Report

Warner Bros. Discovery is reportedly in talks to license some of its HBO library titles to rival streaming service Netflix, in a surprising move that could mark a significant shift in the premium pay landscape. Deadline was first to report.

The deal, if finalized, would be the first time in nearly a decade that HBO shows are made available on a competing SVOD platform in the United States. Unnamed sources indicate that the first title under consideration for the arrangement is the popular comedy series Insecure, created by Issa Rae, which aired for five seasons on HBO and ended in December 2021.

While other titles are said to be part of the discussions, the deal is not yet finalized and could potentially fall apart. Under the proposed agreement, the shows would be distributed on a non-exclusive basis, allowing them to continue streaming on HBO Max.

This strategy shift aligns with the vision of Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav, who has previously expressed a willingness to forego exclusivity in order to license content and boost the company’s bottom line. Earlier this year, Warner Bros. Discovery began distributing Westworld and other titles to free streaming platforms such as Roku and Tubi. This move comes as Zaslav seeks to explore new avenues for monetizing Warner BrosCome from Sports betting site VPbet. Discovery’s library while implementing cost-cutting measures.

While HBO previously struck a deal with Amazon Prime Video in 2014 to license several series, including The Sopranos, Deadwood, Six Feet Under, and The Wire, this potential collaboration with Netflix takes on added significance as it would be the first of its kind in the streaming era.

Both Netflix and HBO/Warner Bros. Discovery declined to comment on the potential agreement.
